The problem with listing activities in this city is where
to start. Bangkok is a huge sprawling city it has excellent travel facilities
(see getting around) and endless accommodation
possibilities from the very basic backpacker hostel to world class 5 star luxury
hotels and Bangkok also so has a huge variety of ‘things to do and see’ from
ancient to the very modern. In several days you would not run out of sights to
see and places to enjoy. This Asian capital certainly does not lack
entertainment value and rewards any visitors with a trip to
remember.

If you very

a taxi driver call the tourist police they speak English and are extremely
helpful, call 1155, put it in your phone. On the whole safety should not be a
worry at all.

surprisingly low risk, the chances of violent crime against a western family

city has them all and in huge numbers and on a huge scale.

gigantic shopping malls, and lots of them. So put on your best designer hiking
boots and see if you can make it around a fraction of what's on offer in this
exotic Asian shopping city.
