A new hotel is due to open in Pattaya on February 17, and is offering guests a special introductory rate of just 199 Baht per night.
Tune Hotel Pattaya is the latest development in the Tune Hotels chain, which now owns and operates 16 venues in Thailand, Bali, Malaysia and London in the UK. Tune opened its first hotel in Thailand in December, at Hat Ya, and plans to open more in the country over the next couple of years.
In fact, Tune Hotels is planning to expand throughout the globe in 2012, with three more hotel openings already planned in the Philippines in the next two months; in Angeles City and Cebu City in February and Ermita in March. There are 30 hotel openings planned in total over the next 12 months, adding to the company’s presence both in the UK and South-east Asia.
The special opening rate for the Tune Hotel Pattaya, which has almost 200 rooms to choose from, applies on any booking made between February 10 and 17, for stays until the start of April. Mark Lankester, the Group CEO of Tune Hotels, welcomed the latest opening, adding that it was a positive sign of his company’s commitment to Thailand and South-east Asia that there were so many hotels planned for the region in 2012 and beyond.
Tune Hotels has joined forces with local firm Red Planet Hotels for the development of its Thailand properties, with CEO Tim Hansing expecting Tune Hotel Pattaya to be a big hit with tourists. He anticipates that the introductory rate will sell out fast but promised other great deals for travellers in Thailand throughout the hotel’s opening year.
Situated on Second Road in Pattaya, the latest addition to the Tune Hotels chain is only a few minutes walk from both the beach and the town’s busy shopping and entertainment centres, making it an ideal base for visitors exploring the area.
